This is a presentation I did for my Sunday School class with Imam Refaat Mohamed at Al-Abrar Muslim Association.
Many times we may feel that the way we dress and behave is correct, but we have to realize that the Quran and Sunnah tell us exactly what is correct and what is not. As Muslims, we have to follow what Allah has commanded and the example of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
“O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.” (The Noble Quran 33:59)
